I wanted to share with you an example of the kind of person Tammy is . This is a memory that sticks out in my mind. I have
been in love with horses, and wanted one of my own since I was 6 years old . I became a single mom at 18 , and the opportunity
never presented itself , for me to be able to afford one . But I still dreamed . I used to love to go spend time with Tammy
and her horses . One day, Tammy needed to change the place where she was boarding. So we moved the girls. At the new place,
there was this beautiful buckskin mare . As we took care of the girls , I realized no one was coming to see her. I asked the
owner , Catherine about her, and she said she had bought her from a lady that had cancer and could no longer care for her.
Catherine had promised the lady she would take care of her and find her a good home. I started spending more and more time
with her. I had already started calling her Daisy. It was just such a happy name and it just fit. I just wished she could
be mine one day. After much thought, I approached Catherine to see if I could make payments to obtain Daisy, because I couldn't
afford her all at once .Catherine thought we were a great match and said yes. About 2 days later, Dr. Tammy came into
work with a beautiful etched picture frame that had daisies all over it . She handed it to me and said " this is for you ."
I looked at it and thought it was so pretty, I figured she bought it so I could put pictures of Daisy in it . I said " Thank
you so much ! It's beautiful " She said " No Pam , she's yours. I got Daisy for you ." All I can say is the waterworks started
and continued throughout the day until I was literally dehydrated . I drank so much water that day ! It was by far one of
the happiest days of my life . Daisy continues to bring me so much joy and is far more special to me now . Tammy WAS
that kind of person . She gave and gave , and never asked for anything in return . She got so much joy out of giving joy to
others . David would later tell me , " you know how much joy Daisy brought you ? I said yes , he said , Giving you Daisy brought
her JUST as much joy . I will never be able to express to you the way Tammy made me feel all the time . There will never be
another Dr.Tammy. I love her and miss her so much , and I always will .
